\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tIan Robertson Underwood<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span> (né le 22 mai 1939) est un remarquable <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>multi-instrumentiste, surtout connu en tant que membre du groupe The Mothers of Invention a<\/span>près y avoir été enrôlé par Frank Zappa<\/span><\/span>.
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tD<\/span>iplômé de l'Université de Yale <\/span>avec un baccalauréat en composition en 1961 et une maîtrise en composition à l'Université de Berkeley <\/span>en 1966. <\/span>Il a commencé sa carrière en jouant San Francisco dans les c<\/span>afés et les bars de la Bay Area avec son groupe d'improvisation de jazz.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tEn 1967 il devient membre du groupe  <\/span><\/span>Frank Zappa and the Mothers of Invention<\/u> pour leur troisièmes album solo. <\/span><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tEn 1973 il pousuit sa carrière en tant que clavieriste pour les enregistrements studios d'artistes comme  Quincy Jones et <\/span>Barbra Streisand<\/span><\/span>. <\/span><\/span><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n

Une longue attente pour tous ceux qui désiraient écouter la musique manquante disponible seulement à travers le film, ou en écoutant The Story of Willow, une narration de l’histoire reprenant les effets sonores, les dialogues et la musique du film, publiée en 1988 par Buena Vista aux formats vinyl, cassette audio et CD.\r\n\t\r\n\r\n\t\r\n\t\tNous ne parlerons pas ici de la création de ce score, véritable défi symphonique imposé aux musiciens du L.S.O. par un compositeur perfectionniste. En effet, après Clear And Present Danger (1994) au mois de juin chez Intrada, c'est au tour de La-La Land Records de proposer à nos oreilles Patriot Games (1992), qui bénéficie pour l'occasion de plus de trente minutes inédites écrites par le compositeur.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\tPartition sous-estimée et peu avantagée par son caractère froid (les cors et Tony Hinnigan ne sont pas présents), et d'une partie électro-percussive difficile d'accès, Patriot Games mérite toutefois amplement<\/p><\/div><\/div>

\r\n\tAlors que Clear And Present Danger est sorti en double CD il y a quelques jours chez Intrada, c'est au tour de La-La Land Records d'annoncer la sortie prochaine d'un autre double CD de James Horner. Et pas n'importe lequel puisque c'est l'épisode précédent des aventures de Jack Ryan, Patriot Games (Jeux De Guerre).\r\n\tDans cette partition James Horner se rapproche de Cœur De Tonnerre par son approche mêlant des instruments traditionnels celtiques (violon, flûte, bodhran, tambourin) et électroniques. La voix de la chanteuse Maggie Boyle nous plonge au cœur de la culture irlandaise tandis que les synthétiseurs des fidèles Ralph<\/p><\/div><\/div>

THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN, LE TISSEUR D'ÉTOILES<\/a>\n<\/h4>\n

\r\n\tAttention! Ce texte révèle une grande partie de l'intrigue du film.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\t\r\n\t\t« James Horner sur un film de super-héros !? » \r\n\t\r\n\r\n\t\r\n\t\t \r\n\t\r\n\r\n\t\r\n\t\tÉtonnement et questionnement. Telles furent nos deux réactions il y a neuf mois alors que nous étions en pleine attente d'Or Noir, quand Jim Henrickson, le fidèle monteur musical du compositeur, annonça la participation éventuelle de James Horner à la nouvelle adaptation cinématographique des aventures de Spider-Man. \r\n\t\r\n\r\n\t\r\n\t\tÉtonnement d'abord, car ce n'est pas un style d'univers dans lequel le compositeur s'aventure habituellement. En effet, en regardant bien sa filmographie, et en excluant le vengeur masqué Zorro, il n'a participé qu'une seule fois sur<\/p><\/div><\/div>
