Diana Ernestine Earle Ross (born March 26, 1944) is a singer and American actress. After singing in the group The Supremes during the 1960s, she devoted to a solo career. She received numerous awards for her interpretation of Billie Holiday in Lady Sing The Blues (1972). She holds a record with 18 hit songs that ranked number one in her singing career.
