Nathan Kaproff was a main music contractor of Hollywood. He employed and managed the orchestras of many composers of film music such as Bill Conti, Elmer Bernstein, Maurice Jarre, Jerry Goldsmith, Lalo Schiffrin.
As a violinist, he performed in the Glenn Miller Orchestra in the 1940s. Then he moved to Los Angeles where he worked with The Monkess, Frank Sinatra, Santana, The Jackson 5.
He also participated for 17 years to the Oscar ceremony with musical director Bill Conti. He was one of the major figures the music world in Los Angeles.
