Arthur Kempel (né le 2 août 1945, mort le 3 mars 2004) est un compositeur et orchestrateur américain.
Il a participé essentiellement à des projets pour la télévision américaine (La Cinquième Dimension, Tiny Toons…).
Il a composé la musique de Double Impact (1991) avec Jean-Claude Van Damme.
Il n'a travaillé que deux fois avec James Horner.
