Carl Johnson is a composer of music for film and television, living and working in Southern California. After graduating from the University of Kansas with honors, he was admitted into the program for composition for USC and, after completing his studies, began writing professionally.
As a freelance Hollywood composer, he has composed for several films, such as Disney productions, like Hunchback of Notre Dame II and Aladdin and the King of Thieves. He also participated in numerous television projects, including Animaniacs and Batman: The Animated Series for Warner Bros., DreamWorks and Invasion America, for which he won an Emmy Award.
He recorded his music by conducting symphony orchestras around the world, in London, Canada, Japan, Los Angeles and Bulgaria.
