LIVING IN THE AGE OF AIRPLANES FLIES AGAIN WITH INTRADA CD RELEASE

Less than two years after the original iTunes release, Living in the Age of Airplanes sees its physical CD premiere, courtesy of Intrada.
This album features the same material as the original 2016 release. Although it is not in expanded form (some brief moments of the score remain unreleased, including a solo piano segment that accompanies a silent film-style sequence), it features new liner notes from director/producer Brian J. Terwilliger.
“The experience of working with James and his team was one of the highlights of making this film, and of my career.” –Brian J. Terwilliger
This score has quickly become a beloved favorite of many Horner fans, with its incredible emotional range, and compelling textures and colors that only Horner could create. And while the audio quality won't necessarily be superior to the iTunes download, an official CD pressing coming so soon after the digital release is a testament to a continued, and growing, demand for Horner's music.
